Hollie and her team were so hard working and sensitive in a very difficult time.

She was always a willing ear & helped us to organise a very lovely send off for our mother.

We can't fault their service or their compartment on the day.

From the moment my father died until his cremation the Coop were brilliant. I did not have to worry about anything. Lisa was great and dealt with everything in a professional but sympathetic manner and on the day Holly was lovely, very kind
and very organised. I could not have asked for more, nothing was too much trouble.

Charlotte handled everything with real sensitivity and was incredibly helpful. Such a professional service which really met our needs. Hollie oversaw the actual cremation and everything was smooth and peaceful. We were very grateful for such a good service.

Your service was very good you would have had excellent but I had to ring you to find out when my father had been creamated (8.30a.m) on the day only to be told we thought we would ring you tomorrow!!!??? not good enough.

The staff are professional, caring and respectful at all times.  They offered solutions in order to please various parties with differing views.  They guided me through the process, making appropriate suggestions along the way, which was very helpful as this was my first experience in arranging a funeral.  I would definitely recommend them to others and they would be my first choice should I need to arrange a funeral again.

We were highly satisfied with the overall services provided which exceeded our expectations. The process was made very easy due to the professional and efficient actions of all the team involved.
They handled the whole funeral arrangements with courtesy and respect and ensured the smooth running of events throughout the funeral arrangements and the funeral service.
The staff regularly updated us by phone calls and emails to ensure we were kept fully informed and showed sincere care and support to ourselves and our family.
