Charlotte the lady who organised our funeral was lovely, friendly and kind and nothing was too much for her.  Hannah who led the funeral was brilliant and kept us up dated all the way was really sweet and kind.  Ben who drove us and also collected my mum from the care home was lovely and friendly with us.  Holly was great too but was ill so couldn’t do our funeral in the end.  I will recommend The Co-op Funeral services as it was a pleasure being helped by so many lovely people at a sad time in our lives.

Co op funeral care were excellent . All the people we dealt with from the very first meeting were caring and sympathetic to our needs . They listened to what we wanted  and nothing was too much trouble for them. 
They were professional and very easy to talk to.

The support and guidance given to us when our mum passed away was invaluable and helped make a difficult time more bearable. All the staff were patient and considerate and communication whether face to face, by phone or email was clear and immediate.

CoOp acted promptly and efficiently when my wife died on a Friday afternoon. The funeral director visited the following week and was very helpful. The funeral arrangements were agreed and went ahead smoothly on the day. The family were very pleased with the choice of a wicker coffin which they believed would have also met with the approval of the deceased. We felt that for us, the CoOp were the only show in Town.

All aspects of the arrangements were made thoroughly and with consideration. Hannah who was our funeral director was superb and acted with compassion and kindness throughout. Whilst all the staff I spoke to at Nath Co-op Funeral Care were kindness itself, Hannah deserved a special mention. All staff I dealt with but especially Hannah are a credit to the company.

There is no words that can explain how wonderful the service was. From day 1 lisa and hollie were extremely helpful and caring. Nothing was too much. Their dedication to their job's was exceptional. Lesley and Phil will be forever grateful for this. Every detail was spot on. And the after care was very much appreciated. Hopefully we will not need them again any time soon, but if we did we no for sure that we would be in very good hands. And if any of our friends needed them we would highly recommend them.

Holly in the Bath office was perfect , helpful and compassionate.
The main switch board not quite so good as they don't seem to forward messages very quickly.
However Holly always replied promptly to emails,which seems a better way to get through to the Bath office if they are busy.
