A very difficult time which was made unbelievably easier by Hollie’s professionalism and support. A great credit to the co-op team - you really made my mothers send off beautiful and we wouldn’t have changed anything.

I was very impressed how caring Hollie was and made a very sad situation easy to cope with. Having not arranged a funeral before I was amazed how much you do so taking away the worry and stress from the client. Thankyou .

I spoke to Co Op 2 days after the passing of my grandmother and I could not have asked for a better conversation. They had patience, knowledge, empathy, and the funeral coordinator lifted my spirits at a time that is extremely difficult. This was my first experience being an executor and making such decisions and Charlotte guided me through the process amazingly.

Throughout the weeks I had questions, many I had asked more than once but had simply forgotten. The funeral coordinator was always there if I needed and was quick to respond.


On the day I had support without words. There was understanding, kindness, empathy whilst getting things done. We wanted to celebrate the life of a vibrant woman, however equally sad at our loss. We were supported in the highs and the lows and with such respect. The team on the day were so helpful and enabled the day to move seamlessly.

I cannot that Co-Op enough for everything. I could not have asked for a better servic ... e and more kindness from the CoOp staff.

The 5 Star review is for the staff who couldn’t be more empathetic or professional. It’s true that the website & central ‘hub’ can seem a little like online shopping but beyond that, the local Funeral Care Service @ Bath could not be faulted. At a time of great loss, their experience was there with heartfelt help for us throughout.
