Co-op Funeralcare, Bath

Funerals are never easy, especially when it is your parent. However, the Bath Team were so kind, supportive, and professional every step of the way that I can recommend them without hesitation. I speak from experience of being involved in a number of funerals for family members over the years, and can honesty say of all the funeral directors we have used the Bath Team was by far the best.

I have been so impressed by the care and compassion we have been shown. Every aspect of the funeral was sensitively handled and all staff couldn’t have been nicer or helped any more than they did. We felt we had a very personal service and I would recommend the Bath Coop wholeheartedly.

The service given by Justin and his team was very good. They were kind, polite, well dressed, respectful and thoughtful when dealing with the funeral. However my sister asked for the flower tribute on the top of the coffin to be placed afterwards on top of the grave and this was not the case. I think it must have been buried with the coffin.

We never  had the same person seeing us though. Couldn’t get anyone to pick up the phone at the Bath  branch. Made an appointment to collect Dad’s ashes and I was still asked what I was there for !!! Why ?? Very disappointed at a very upsetting time

Charlotte completely overseeing Mum's care until her funeral brought us so much comfort at such a difficult time. Her kindness, attention to detail, thoughtfulness and reassurance were qualities that meant a great deal to us all. Speaking with Steve the day before Mum's funeral helped ensure everything was perfect on the day. He was the utmost gentleman, very professional, but also showed the family complete empathy and understanding on such a difficult and emotional day. Would thoroughly recommend.
