.........we were so grateful not only for your good advice, Helen, but for your endless patience and kindness shown towards us. You and Jodie were so good, answering so many questions and putting our minds at rest. You enabled us to make our brother's send off a real celebration of his life.
We were very pleased with the Order of Service, the choice of coffin and the flower sprays were really superb – bright and beautiful and just the right size.

The Celebrant was absolutely brilliant, before, during and after the funeral! Although there were only three actual family members in the crematorium on the day, it didn’t feel like it. The Celebrant had woven together memories and photographs and the beautiful music into a very moving, but joyful tribute that drew us all together and it felt like he really cared about what my brother would have wanted. This was a huge comfort. We have had SO many lovely comments about how wonderful the funeral was, literally from all over the world!
I would most certainly highly recommend your services to anyone in the future. Thank you so much.

From the time I called them everyone was so very kind , caring , very respectful and professional. Nothing has been to much trouble and I was kept informed about each and every stage of the funeral by phone and by e-mail. I would thoroughly recommend there service. A very local, helpful and friendly funeral service. The Co-op took care of everything and updated me with the steps that had been taken. I am thoroughly satisfied that not only did they look after me, but also my mother who had sadly passed away.

We had best experience when my father died that we can back to do mum's funeral and I was over the moon all the compassion Helen was second to none nothing to much trouble Helen went above and beyond and Joshua was the some nothing to much trouble either he took time to talk to us and explain everything the day off the funeral was amazinging and the compassion from your team on the day was even more than we thought be my daughter was vupset and Joshua just spoke to her and explained that to look to the stars that night and her nanny be watching over her we will be recommendeibg u to family and friends thank you so much for everything

The care and compassion showed to us whilst we were arranging our final farewells to my Dad was exemplary. I didn't have to worry about a single thing, the staff at the Shrewsbury Co op funeral services talked me through everything. The celebrant they arranged for me to take Dad's service was a wonderful man. The dignity they all showed us and my beloved Dad was wonderful. The service itself was beautiful and I can't praise the staff enough. At the saddest time of my life, these people made things easier for me.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart - all of you. I truly am grateful.

In these difficult times, Co-op Funeral Care, Shrewsbury, made all the arrangements and answered all our questions in arranging Mum’s funeral. They did it in an excellent caring way, with great sensitivity. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
