At a difficult time, with additional world wide troubles and restrictions Perry & Phillips were informative and courteous and provided a dignified service. They were happy to accommodate a small detour of the funeral hearse in order that friends and neighbours could pay their respect from a distance. In these very difficult times I found them very helpful and as we were self isolating at home everything was dealt with by phone and post. Sad that I lost my father but I felt confident that he was treated with dignity. Wish I had used Perry and Phillips a year ago when my mother died.

Very helpful and supportive we were given good information and advice throughout in a very stressful time . However we were promised a web cam coverage of the funeral as we were unable to attend because of age and health ,despite telephone calls this didn’t materialise.
