All members of staff showed such kindness and understanding. They made the process of arranging the funeral incredibly easy and acted with such dignity and respect on the day of the funeral. I will be forever grateful for their service as they helped to provide a perfect send-off for Dad.

From the very first phone call every thing was perfect,the ladies at Pontypridd were top great thanks to Donna for conducting the funeral and all the team in the offices nothing was to much trouble for them (even though i don't thinks it was the easiest funeral to perform) they were so polite and curtious just wish there were more like them in this world.

Very helpful and as the family were a considerable distance away we were dependent on them for a great deal as we had no knowledge of local providers. So sympathetic, there was nothing that was too much trouble.

Donna & Katie were both professional & compassionate in dealing with me.They listened to and acted on all my requests and when I wanted to change any details they did it immediately and without any fuss.

Was very disturbed by some care at the coop Funeral  home after the sudden loss of my sister passing away 

Was a number of things not happy with 

Twhilst my sister was resting at the funeral  home 


Then in day of funeral 22Aprill 

Again did not go as planed 

Famiky was so distraught unhappy with how things went 

Would like this he looked into please

Very compassionate, sympathetic and easy to deal with. They made an otherwise horrible process very easy. They couldn't do enough and were obliging at all times.
Thanks very much in particular to Katie who was always on the ball, was a great communicator, very well informed and organised.
It was a lovely funeral for my dad and so much of that was down to the professionalism of Co-op Funeralcare.

The Co-op Funeral service was excellent, from start to finish everything was dealt with compassion and respect for my mother. They made a very sad time easier to cope with.
