Katie and the team at the Coop have been excellent from start to finish. Their caring yet efficient manner and service has made what can be a stressful and difficult time much easier to get through. They have kept in touch we me throughout, checking we were happy at each stage, for example with the wording for the order of service and newspaper advertisement. The drivers and bearers were also extremely kind and respectful on the day of the funeral itself. I am so glad we chose the Coop Funeral Services and would thoroughly recommend to others.

The Co-op funeral home in Gelliwastad Road Pontypridd recently took care of my father’s funeral and I can without doubt say that everything from the beginning arranging and ending with the funeral was carried out in the most professional, dignified and perfect manner throughout I mainly dealt with Katie and I cannot praise her enough for everything she did for our family at this sad time, anyone looking for a good funeral service for their loved ones should look no further than this funeral parlour

Professional, caring and compassionate at every level. No pressure on their part, whatever our desire was their remit. They guided and reassured at every level, showing great patience if we changed our mind. Katie and Donna were exceptional in their duties, making sure everthing went to plan.

From the moment they became involved after my son's passing. They literally took over. Taking all the stress off us and were so supportive to us and the family. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was perfect. The care and empathy of the staff. Katie was our main contact and she was out standing. I really would highly recommend them to anyone. From beginning to end and even after my family couldn’t have been treated better if we were royalty.
