I have always been treated with the utmost respect and empathy by Katy and Donna at your Pontypridd office. I don’t live in Wales and organising a cremation from a distance was quite daunting, but between the staff in Wales and at Sunbury Cross it has been smooth sailing. Thank you for your service at this difficult time, it is very much appreciated.

I was more than satisfied with the service we received in respect of my late father. From the day he passed to the day of his cremation it all went smoothly. I had a visit at home to discuss the details of the day and they were all adhered to. They sorted flowers, order of service, music, photographs etc. The hearse and family cars were immaculate and the bearers performed excellently, despite the pouring rain. Could not have had a better send of for my dad.

Nice funeral lovely staff specially Donna Donna was very concerned about the way I am only one problem. My estimate invoice is 2000 less than my original bill. I the Government was paying nearly 2000 towards this.

The care and quality of service of Katie and the team were fantastic from start to finish. They thought of everything, followed up on everything and made things so simple, at a time when simple is important. There was no sense of being sold anything; you were just sensitively supported in creating a wonderful celebration of the life of a loved one. Donna was incredible on the day and really supported my mother, who was struggling. I really cannot say enough how kind and helpful and incredibly efficient the service was.

Cannot praise them enough. Calming presence at a difficult time. The celebrant they arranged to contact us was understanding and helped us plan the ceremony to give us what we wanted. The funeral director called the day before to confirm the details and advise what would happen. On the day everything was orchestrated well and handled with dignity. Afterwards many of those attending said 'it was the best funeral they had been to'. The family were very pleased with how things went.
