Wonderful thoughtful staff both  in the office and on the day. 
Made the process so easy and liaised with us throughout regarding music, order of service drafts etc. 
Would definitely recommend.

No provision at crematorium for donations in lieu of flowers.
Phone call from Funeral directors on 22th to advise that ashes were available ( but to phone to advise when I would be collecting them). I phoned on 23,rd and was informed that they were ready. On calling into officeon24th I was advised that they were not ready. Not very professional?

From first contact to discuss matters right through to the funeral itself (which became a double funeral) Walter Johnson & Sons were fantastic. They were thoroughly professional, sensitive to our needs and explained all the steps along the way. They assisted with contacting the Minister, Crematorium and the Hotel were we were to retire to after the Service. Nothing was any trouble for them at all. I would thoroughly recommend them if anyone is in need of assistance in arranging and carrying out a funeral.

Cannot praise the Funeral Directors enough. Talked us through each step and everything was superbly organised. Very helpful with all aspects of the service and guided us through anything we were unsure of. Staff were very professional in there duties.
