From the very beginning of a process I thought I would never have to be make, I found that with the help and guidance of Miss Pamela Mess and her team at Walter Johnson I feel that I have gotten myself through this very sad time.




As I said to Pamela many times, I felt that she went above and beyond to steer and guide me through every part of the process, being on hand every single step of the way from bringing my dear sister Rhona's body from the mortuary into her care to walking me from the crematoria to the awaiting funeral car. I feel very strongly about the whole process and wish to say that I cannot thank Pamela enough for her wonderful personal care. Thank you. Christina Anne Scott

My husband died very suddenly it was a very difficult time for our family linda dealt with everything and was fantastic could not off been any more helpful and supportive with doing my husband’s funeral and even after the funeral she is still supporting and helping us with the rest of the stuff we have to do would highly recommend yourselves to do a funeral again fantastic service

Was efficient but as mums went to paisley then came renfrew thought that  only one person should have folllowed through the arrangements, too many people for family to deal with but everyone very helpful

The staff were amazing form start to finish.  On the day they were super efficient but you really didn’t notice their presence -  very discrete.  Cars immaculate.  Everything we asked for we got.  Couldn’t have gone any better in the sad circumstances.
