From when we arrived at Goudies’s  to go through the arrangements Laura was very efficient, was there to help us with anything we needed to know.  Phoned the day before the funeral making sure everything was ok with us, even on the funeral day, I think Laura did a very good job with everything.

It’s amazing my Mother & Father both died around 40 years ago, we were using Goudies’s then, I think it was only Goudies’s or the Co-op in Paisley, now the undertakers are springing up everywhere.  I guess it’s  a challenge for everyone now

Caring, understanding, personal service, clearly explained.

Where there were administrative difficulties relating to obtaining a death certificate, Goudie's were there to clarify and help.

Their staff worked with the authorities on my behalf when the death was discovered and I was away from home. Very appreciative of their help

For the 3 of us (Janis and both sons Scott & David) it was the first funeral we had had to fully organise. 

Andrew talked and walked us through each step in a calm and supportive way and took time to understand our needs and preferences. 

Although Andrew was not available on the day of the funeral due to annual holidays, the other chap was just as helpful and supportive. 

Only issue we had was the reporting of the death and the uplift due to out of hours issue with the Co-Op central call centre (had to wait 6 hours for uplift).

The staff were wonderful to our family from the beginning of the whole process to the end.
From James  who came to collect my Dad after he passed away, he was so kind and professional, Lynn who made all the arrangements took so much time with our family and really went the extra mile to ensure we got the service we wanted for my Dad and Andrew who was just brilliant on the day. All the staff made a very difficult situation so much better with their kindness and absolute professionalism.
