The company were efficient thorough and helpful with navigating the process. They were also sympathetic and accommodating. Andrew in particular was very supportive as was the young lady on the reception desk.

Lovely caring and professional service. Efficient couldnt have asked for more. When wi fi went down at Crematorium the lovely man I think was Andy from Goudies saved the day by playing our leaving music on his phone. Thank you for making such a difficult time for us bearable. X

First class! From the moment I phoned Toni, I knew that the arrangements for my father's funeral were going to go smoothly. Toni was very professional, compassionate and extremely helpful at every stage. Her communication with me was also excellent.
On the day of the funeral everything went to plan. We as a family could not have asked for better service from any Funeral Director.

Clearly during an extremely difficult time, Karen led us through the arrangements with such warmth and sincerity. Checking in regularly, ensuring we were content with arrangements in a lovely, considered way. Laura, our Director on the day, was exactly the same, professional, warm and relaxed rather than stuffy (which had been our perception of what could happen). Everyone else who supported us at Goudies did so with extreme professionalism and we thank them for their support at a very emotional time.

Andrew Philp was excellent....calm and reassuring and he judged that I was keen to be heavily involved in the arrangements for my husband's cremation and respected my wishes without hesitation.  So, there was no pressure on buying into items that were not appropriate for my needs.  I really appreciated this at a sad time for me. I have just recommended Goudie and Andrew to a friend.
