The staff at the Co-op Funeral Company, were in every way exemplary. They were sensetive, gently guiding me through the entire process. It must be difficult to set the appropriate 'tone' at this really difficult time for grieving families, but they rose to the occasion. Their recommendation of our Celebrant was ideal in Billy Hassan. From the first meeting to organise the funeral our funeral arranger helped us through the process with sympathy making a difficult and distressing day easier.

The funeral director on the day of the funeral looked after my family well and ensured the funeral went smoothly.
