We cant thank the co-op funeral care enough who went above and beyond for our family. Our dear mum passed away in England and it was going to take nearly 3 weeks to get her home to Scotland until the branch in Lady Lane Paisley stepped in and make the journey to collect her themselves thank you does not seem enough they were all fabulous

The service my family and I received from Co-op Funeral Care was very good. As my Mother had a funeral plan already in place, there didn't seem much that we had to do. I didn't really have a lot of contact with them, other than a meeting to go over the funeral arrangements and a few emails and phone calls in between, but Lauren, Paul and Lisa were very accommodating to any additional requests we had and everything was carried out to the highest standard on the day of the funeral.

Karen was kind, considerate, helpful, and very clear about the process and the day.
Our meeting at lady lane was exceptional with assistance for my mums disability made seemless.
I am able to state clearly and without hesitation that Karen and her staff exceeded all my expectations helping the funeral proceed flawlessly.

I had to organise all aspects of my sister’s funeral from a long way away so didn’t meet Paul until the actual funeral. He was friendly and courteous throughout my telephone and email dealings with him, often going the extra mile for me. I can’t thank him enough for ‘being there’ to help me at such a terrible time - especially as I was suffering an unpleasant bout of Covid-19 for ten days of that funeral-planning period.
