Lovely girls and lovely guys - would recommend in a heartbeat

Ann Fitzpatrick 8th Nov 2023

The overall service received was good and people that assisted were friendly and professional. There were a couple of little issues which I feel could have been avoided at a time when the situation is already a stressful one. During the initial meeting to arrange the funderal once the death was registered we were advised of a deadline for information for the Order of Service, however on phoning to check something two days prior to this was advised it was needed asap. When the order of service arrived it had the wrong surname and whilst I completely appreciate that it is the responsibility of the person organising the funeral to proof read I would have expected the email from the printer to have been reviewed so that a mistake as basic as this could have been rectified before forwarding to the family.

I was very pleased with the professional, compassionate service I received from Paul, Stephanie and all the staff at Lady Lane Paisley. Everything was handled wonderfully. They also handled my father's funeral in November 2017 with the same excellent care and attention. Thank you. May Summers and family.

The service received was very professional whilst compassionate. Lauren worked with my sister and I to give my Mum the funeral she deserved and would have approved off.  Nothing was too much to ask of Lauren. She was always available to answer our questions and to give advice. At a difficult and stressful time knowing Lauren was organising the funeral was one less worry for the family.
