The service & support I received from Emma & Alan at such an emotional time was second to none. I was advised of every step along the way with phone calls & invited into the branch to discuss my late aunts wishes & funeral arrangements. I can’t thank the other staff enough who answered my calls & passed on messages for me.

Garry was incredible from start to finish. His compassion , professionalism & eye for detail & knowledge reassured me throughout this daunting process . I felt that my mum was treated with the upmost dignity & respect. I felt that Garry gave me time to process things at my own pace & sometimes could answer my questions without me physically asking the question ! He was able to facilitate all our requests & his guidance just soothed a really traumatic experience. The final walk from my home down our street & departing from church was totally unexpected & we were overwhelmed with this gesture ! Thanks for all your care.

The staff at Johnstone Co-op Funeral care were just brilliant. We dealt with Gary who talked us through everything & explained in detail the process of my dads funeral. At such a difficult time for all of our family he put our minds at ease & was just so kind, knowledgeable, empathetic & a genuinely lovely man. We were kept up to date with everything & Gary phoned & emailed me with regular updates & anything that We had to do or should know. Emma in the office was lovely too - very helpful & always welcoming when I had to go into the branch. On the day of my dads funeral - everything went perfectly, as we had expected, and all of the staff on the day were just lovely, respectful & very professional. I would like to make a special mention for Davy (David) the driver who was so lovely & very attentive with my mother who has mobility issues - he was a star ⭐️ We would have no hesitation in recommending the Co-op Funeral care team at Johnstone to anyone. Gary guided us through what was required and at the same time allowing us to recall and speak of our life with William.
Gary was respectful of our choices and decisions. Calling at intervals to keep us up to date and supporting us along the way. From the beginning he was always there making sure all was okay.
