Emma provided a clear and practical service for our family as we needed guidance and help after  our mothers passing, it was very comforting as a family for her to have that control and be able to assist us as we were emotionally unable, Gary then took over for mums burial and again was in complete control of proceedings it all went like clockwork which happens when people know the job they’re doing well and want to provide a very good service, I can’t thank them enough.

Although our dad had a funeral plan in place, Gary reviewed everything with us to ensure that all of Dad's wishes would be met and that we were happy with how the service would be conducted.
His recommendation of Douglas McKay as celebrant was a perfect choice.
Gary's communication with us was excellent and his sensitivity and compassion was very much appreciated.
On the day of the funeral Alan and his colleagues were equally professional in all that they did and we would like to express our thanks to the entire team at Johnstone for the care and kindness shown to us at a very difficult time
