Rohna was amazing and very helpful at organising and arranging my dad's sudden funeral couldn't fault her at all But tht where the good Ends my Dad's PHOTO was "forgotten " by a Paul
Which was xpressed several !times before the funeral that it was to be placed on the coffin
The herse pulled up outside our home n the men didn't even greet us and when we got to the crematorium and the coffin bearers where asked to come out to bring the coffin in the men there where very formal In tone and completely rushed us to get the coffin in and when the curtains closed the staff couldn't get our family and friends out of the crematorium quick enough. A very professional and personal service was given. Your staff took their time to go through all the options available to us and allowed us the time we needed to discuss as a family what we wanted. Your staff were understanding and patient with us. The care we and my late mum were given was excellent and my thanks to them for ensuring mum was well looked after while in their care until the funeral, allowing us to visit her in the undertakers when we wanted right up until the day of the funeral. The day of the funeral was very well organised by the undertaker staff and we as a family were grateful for their respect, care and professionalism throughout the whole process. Throughout they kept us informed of the process from our first visit to them right through to collecting mum's ashes.

After a couple of hiccups, Paul and Pamela took over the arrangements, they both went above and beyond to ensure our wishes were all met & kept us up to date with what had been done. On the day, Andrew and his team were extremely helpful and again made sure our wishes were carried out to the letter.

I am so grateful for the amazing support I got from Pamela and Paul at a very sad and stressful time . They were so understanding and efficient  in helping me organise the funeral my Dad would have wanted , they kept in touch continually and were so professional in the organising of all aspects of my dads funeral , from the limo’s used to the flowers and music , I really appreciated their re -assurance and attention to detail , I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family , and can’t thank them enough , Anne McLellan
