This is our third experience of using the Perth branch of the Coop Funeral Service as our parents have died in extreme old age.  We have just had another exceptional experience of the sensitive high quality service provided by Helen Russell and her team.  Lindsay Bedford also deserves a special mention for the care and attention demonstrated on the day of the funeral.  

From initial planning through to delivery of the service, I could not fault the experience.  With grateful thanks.

Helen was excellent. She showed a level of professionalism that was beyond what we expected all whilst giving us the time to speak about our brother and showing compassion and empathy. I felt that she actually cared for us as if we were personal friends. I am grateful for the care she took of Thomas whilst he was in her care. The service that Helen provided at the Crematorium was excellent and I know that my 94 year old mother was reassured by this. Thank you Helen you are an angel x
