The service provided was excellent. Both members of staff we dealt with had a very caring, pleasant manner, which was so helpful at such a distressing time. They were extremely efficient too, following up on delays caused by the local GP's practice and keeping me fully informed. Very happy that the funeral was organised through this office.

I feel there needs to be more attention to detail. Announcement in paper originally wrong day/date. The photo on the coffin was not on when we arrived and later placed there after service started. Also wrong photo placed on the coffin. Specifically gave the co op a copy of the one I wanted but this was not the one placed.
Order of service didnt read right on first attempt. Had to rewrite. Draft had Erics eulogy and the eulogy from a freind eric boocock. No mention of Steve Casey the celebrant eulogy.

The whole process from first contact to post service has been really good. Monique and Alice were so helpful from the beginning and reflected our approach to the process very well. We were in constant contact throughout and when we had to postpone the funeral at the last minute they swung into action and organised everything superbly. They both show compassion and understanding, helping us through an emotional process and enabling us to get through at a difficult time. The day of the service continued in the same vein with Emma looking after us very well and everything falling into place - many thanks to all involved.

The whole team at your Worksop Nottinghamshire branch need to be commended and thanked  The whole service from initial  enquiry to the final day has been second to none. Mums service was exactly how she would have wanted. Focus on detail kind and caring staff compassionate and after care was to the highest standard. Thank you

Monique made the whole process so very easy and compassionate. Nothing was too much trouble. The funeral service was done by Sarah and it was as if she knew my Mother and was perfect for the sad occassion. Emma sorted the cars and flowers at the service and was brilliant. I would recommend these very lovely people to anyone.Monique is even sorting the cemetery and gravestone as I said nothing is too much trouble.
