The staff at  Co op Funeral Care at Worksop looked after us with such care and dignity, nothing was too much trouble and every single detail was taken care of to ensure our loved one was remembered with such love and care by them all. They treated us like family and with such respect - thank you so much for making a difference to our lives in a time when we needed it most.

All the staff we’re  incredible they were  so kind and compassionate but Mon was amazing she made an unbearable time more bearable, she is an asset to the company and I would want all my loved ones to go to the Co-op.

We can’t thank Monique and her staff at the Co-op enough for how kind and considerate they were to us when Mum passed away. Monique was so thoughtful, and Joanne even delivered Mum’s wedding ring to my home as I don’t drive. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even down to the recommendation of Paula, our wonderful celebrant at Mum’s funeral. On behalf of my Mum, Nancy, the family would all like to say how much we appreciate the kindness and genuine care shown to us at a difficult time by Monique and her lovely staff.

Monday was one of the hardest days in our lives but you helped us make it exactly how Dad wished it to be. 🤍

Kind donations, to the British Heart Foundation that he requested in lieu of flowers, totalled £300 and he would have been honoured by everyone's generosity. ❣️

He chose what hymn we sang, All Things Bright and Beautiful. He chose his favourite disco tune, Baby Jane by Rod Stewart, which was always guaranteed to get him up on the dance floor.
Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond was the song he sang fondly together with mum and his grandchildren.
We found his wishes written in beautiful handwriting, from years ago in his funeral plan and he guided us, as he always would, in the organisation of our saddest day.

Truly impeccable service from all your team Co-op Funeralcare in Worksop. Special mentions for Sarah, Monique, Kim and Joanne. Most importantly, was your kindness and empathy shown to our family. Your attention to detail was second to none, including wearing yellow ties to symbolise my dad's love of daffodils. We could simply focus on saying goodbye, knowing everything was being taken care of, including placing his flowers on his precious workbench in his garden.
Words cannot describe our inconsolable sadness, empty hearts and numb minds.
Moving on will be so hard without him and I'm really not sure how we even begin but all we do know is that you helped every step of the way and made our saddest day so much easier.

I would like to say how kind, caring and helpful the team of Worksop Co-op Funeralcare were. They made the task of dealing with my mums funeral much less painful than I thought it would be. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the entire funeral was held with compassion and dignity.
