Overall the staff were very good, a special mention to Alix who was outstanding. The family were very upset that the coffin was not carried in as they were promised, it was wheeled in.

Had to arrange a funeral for a friend who hadn't left any plans. The co op walked me through everything the ladies at the sherwood funeral care were brilliant. Such helpful advice and met with all our needs such efficient staff helped getting slot quickly and get it extended too with the cooperation and getting us ashes quickly to give us our rituals in time had good service in past I would not go any other providers

Sherwood Funeralcare handled my father's funeral extremely professionally and sympathetically. Everybody (the men who collected him, the people in the office and the staff who directed the funeral, on the day) were helpful and friendly, whilst remaining courteous and respectful at all times. Alix, who coordinated things from the office, was brilliant. She guided us through the whole process , presenting us with all the options and showing us what was available but always respected our wishes and decisions. The total cost of the funeral was very reasonable indeed. Either Alix , or someone else, was always there for queries and advice throughout . At a very upsetting time for us,the Coop Funeralcare people greatly helped to reduce our stress and the actual funeral went very well.

The co-op funeral are were excellent when organising my mum’s funeral. Alix at the Sherwood branch in Nottingham was friendly and compassionate, giving us lots of options and taking the time to understand what mum would have liked. On the day of the funeral, the team were lovely, they were on time, everything was as agreed and they showed such kindness. Overall the co-op funeralcare team made a difficult time that little bit easier, I would certainly use them again.

An excellent, efficient and professional service. All the staff showed great sympathy and empathy. We were well informed every step of the way.
 The service was beautiful and everything ran very smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for better for my son.
