I write on behalf of my friend whom I was helping with her husband's funeral arrangements. Voula at the Sherwood branch was exceptional in both her customer service and emotional support to my friend and I. Funeral plan was clearly and methodically explained to us, giving us time to look at the plan in detail then chose accordingly. Further advice was given regarding the process at Wilford Crematorium. All in all we couldn't have asked for a better service.

Co.op funeral care were very helpful and supportive, a third party tried to gain info on my sons cremation, but Co-op informed me and didn't disclose any confidential info to 3rd party. Very pleased with the way they handled everything.

Our overall experience in dealing with The Coop funeral care in Sherwood Nottingham from our initial visit to their office to my dear dads service last week was excellent.

Voula was very kind , understanding, compassionate and warm.
She immediately reassured us that we had made the right choice of Funeral directors to handle my dads service.

Communication throughout was efficient and certainly helped us to feel confident in such difficult circumstances that everything was being handled correctly .
The staff on the day of the service acted with dignity, respect and 100% professionalism.
They were immaculately turned out ,as were the vehicles.

The celebrant organised through the COOP deserves a special mention .


Alison conducted the service just how my dad would have wished.

It must be a very difficult job to speak about someone without meeting them ar such an emotional time but Alison did such an amazing job. From our communication and providing information of my dads life she built up a very accurate account, delivered with warmth and sincerity .

On behalf of our family we wish to thank everyone who worked so hard to provide such excellent levels of customer service..

Both Cherie and Emily have been brilliant sorting out the funeral for my brother, it had to be completely different from my Mum and Dad's, and it was! Both ladies have been very approachable and efficient in delivering excellent customer service as always.Richard Late was fantastic at delivering my brothers personality and tributes. From many of the mourners entering the chapel feeling very emotional, their feedback was how uplifted they felt on leaving, they have never experienced a funeral like it and neither have I. It was truly a celebration of life, so much love in the chapel and we even had people dancing, not many can say that and it will be remembered for many years to come...apparently many people would like this kind of service for themselves. Fantastic teamwork from everyone! Thankyou.x
