Excellent service from start to finish. Was not rushed at all even at the crematorium I felt they put me and my wishes first all the time. I could not fault Kadina who was our funeral director we all felt she did an excellent job. All the people that attended commented on how good she was. Thank you for making a very hard time alot easier.

I cannot praise the company highly enough, the care that was given was outstanding. At one of the saddest times of your life the staff were sensitive to our needs and made the funeral run smoothly and sensitively, there were many compliments paid by those attending the service.

Staff are lovely but if you want 6 pallbearers and a black hearse you will need to go elsewhere as they only provide 4 pallbearers and use a trolley if the coffin is too heavy and they don't have a black hearse!

My mums funeral was arranged by Rachel and Carrie at Long Eaton Coop funeral care. The service we received was second to none. Having previously arranged the funerals of both my dad and my brother, i was in no doubt whatsoever that I wanted my mums final days to be in their care. They are the most considerate, sympathetic and kind people who listen and want you to have the best experience to come from this awful situation, and they certainly provided it on all occasions.

Absolute shambles of a company. Lost paperwork, dragged their feet, submitted fudged paperwork knowing it would get rejected and hold up the whole process. Very unprofessional not even an apology or acknowledgement from their complaints department. Shocking I will be going to the papers about my experience.
