I asked for my mums fingerprints to be taken, and then told after cremation that this wasn’t done. I was also made to believe that this had been done. I was told a telephone call would be received and hasn’t been.

All the family would like to thank the Long Eaton Funeralcare for their help in arranging both Mum’s funeral and also the scattering of the ashes of both Mum and Dad.  Everyone was delighted with the casket we had chosen for Mum and said how beautiful it looked which would have been appreciated by Mum being a very proud lady regarding her appearance.  We would also like to thank you for introducing us to the celebrant Steve Eustace who wrote and delivered a very welcome and light hearted eulogy to Mum which was most appreciated. 
A thoroughly good experience at a time when our morale was low so once again thank you.

Without the care & guidance of the co op we couldn't habe got through the last couple of months, We lost both our parents within 8 weeks of each other.
