Everything was lovely and well attended to apart from the booking of the times and size of Chapel required at the Crematorium. The family thought it could have been handled better. e.g. We were offered 2pm in the large Chapel, which we thought should have been held until the phone call to confirm the date and time with the Celebrant had been made. By the time this had been done the slot had been taken.

I was very pleased with the way theCO/OP  funeral undertakers  dealt with my husbands funeral. Although it was a very sad day ,all of the team were so respectful 
so caring .l can’t praise them enough , and l would not hesitate to

Cannot fault the professionalism and care provided by coop funeral care. They made the whole process from start to finish easy. The staff on the day of the funeral were wonderful as well.

All staff helpful in every way.
Empathy & professionalism
at all levels, but especially on the day when Officient Andrea and Funeral Director Kertissa acted with such respect both for us and the deceased. This was a small funeral but they made it feel personal and intimate which is what we wanted.

Was disappointed with the service brochure, not having the hymns verses printed . Nobody could sing the songs,which was my late husband favourite hymns.
Also, hair at the top of the interior roof with hair attached in the car. Thought it would hoover. And cleaned on the day. My son pointed out the hair .
