Everyone involved with Johns Funeral were so kind and considerate and explained everything that was needed to be done to the finest detail. Everything was arranged perfectly which put our minds at rest and the Funeral was carried out to our full expectations.

The whole process was effortless until the very day of the funeral. I won’t go into detail but it computed my view of an otherwise really good service. You really should ensure you speak with them the day BEFORE the funeral.

Following the recent death of mum mum we used CoOp Long Eaton , the colleagues were amazing with a special thank you to both Vicky and Rachael. They were so caring from start to finish, they talked through everything and no matter how much support we needed, hey were empathetic and patient during the whole time. At this saddest time of our lives their care and service was extremely appreciated and my mums send off was exactly what she would have wished for. Huge thank you, small words but with heartfelt sincerity.
