As a family we have used Gillots many times. Always professional, always respectful and always go the extra mile. Nothing is too much trouble...even last minute, they always deliver to make such a sad day go smoothly. I don't know where they get their flowers from but always absolutely stunning! We would like to especially thank Helen who helped us so much with our mothers funeral. Helen was compassionate, efficient, and helpful with all the different decisions that need to be made at a very sad and emotional time. When my brother passed away recently, Helen and Amanda from Gillots at Heanor were amazing . I mean amazing , nothing was too much trouble, I was helped every step of the way with  every question, every phone call I made to them … 

Hopefully in the nicest possible way I won’t need your services again anytime soon but if I did I’d come to you guys

I and my family have received the up most care and consideration from Gillotts funeral directors. Most of all mum had the most beautiful funeral for which we will always be grateful.
