My late mother had pre-arranged a funeral plan with them, and we discovered she had thoughtfully organized a number of surprises for us. The team ensured every single detail was carried out flawlessly. They treated her wishes with the utmost care and went above and beyond to honor them.




Throughout the process, they offered immense support and showed genuine empathy, which made a difficult time much easier for our family. Their attention to detail and commitment to making the day special for us were remarkable.

I found Gillotts Funeral Directors were very easy to deal with as they have a local branch which was better to visit than deal over the phone. They explained what would happen at the funeral and also found a celebrant to take the funeral.
Everything went as well as it could on the day and I would recommend Gillotts to anyone in need of their services.
