The funeral was beautifully organised. The staff were very helpful and supportive at every stage and all details and costs were fully explained. I didn't have to worry about anything. The website was very good and it was very helpful to use the music library to choose music for the ceremony.

From my first contact with Gillotts right through to Mums final journey the level of service was exceptional.
I new it would be because Gillotts had dealt with my Dads funeral arrangements 12 years previously.
