We felt in such understanding and safe hands from the very beginning with Rebecca and Heather. They gave us all of the time and patience we needed and guided us with care every step of the way. From the first cup of tea when we arrived shell shocked on their doorstep to the send off they helped us give to our mum Lynda, including standing on the street as our cars drove past their office - they showed real compassion and also a very professional attention to detail and we couldn’t have hoped for anything better. Thank you both - you made a very difficult and sad time that much more bearable. Forever grateful!

We had amazing service from Rebecca Finch and her team. She was kind, helpful, responsive and made the process very easy, even though much of it was done long distance. She found the perfect celebrant for us and nothing was too much trouble. Helen ran the service beautifully on the day with gentleness and professionalism. A fantastic team.

We were convinced from the first phone call we had with Rebecca that we wanted The Co-Op West Bridgford to look after us with the arrangements for Mums ceremony. We weren’t disappointed. With plenty of suggestions to make our day a very personal one.  Our Celebrant, Alison had just the right touch of kindness and humour to make it a day to remember. Mum would have loved it. Coop Funeralcare West Bridgford provided a very efficient and professional service but were always friendly and compassionate. They kept us informed at all stages and explained in detail all the information we needed. We were given clear choices and they were flexible about any changes we requested. Communication by phone and email was excellent. The funeral service arrangements went very smoothly.
