Everything was exceptional from our first meeting with Kerry, to visiting a beautifully presented Dad in the chapel of rest, and the funeral itself. We were first timers but the staff made it easy for us and made what is a difficult time much easier. The experience was very a positive one and all the team have been kind, caring, compassionate and very well organised. Communication has been excellent and nothing has been too much trouble. The funeral itself went without a hitch, we as a family felt guided and supported and many attendees commented on the professionalism of Jill and her team on the day. Well done Coop funeral care WB, you really are doing a fantastic job! Family of Peter Stevenson.

A comprehensive, sympathetic, respectful service. The level of experience was apparent from the outset. My only criticism is in the form of advice. Don't leave the office totally unattended for meetings or at least leave a sign on the door. Never the less I would confidently recommend Co-op to others.

I will start at the beginning, mum had previously sorted out and paid for her funeral, she had said where all the documents were this made the whole process so easy, mum passed I called the number on her paperwork and everything was taken care of from collection mum to the internment, my interactions with the funeral home were pleasant as it could be. The staff of the funeral home were absolutely brilliant, caring, considerate, understanding, and most of all got the balance right between making the funeral a celebration and understanding our loss.

We were very pleased and impressed by the care we received by the  Co op Funeralcare. The welcome we received on our first visit was warm and gave us confidence. All the arrangements we requested were carried out with great expertise and I felt the whole team were with us every step of the way. The whole process moved like clockwork and all the personnel involved treated us with courtesy and respect. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone.

At every stage of the process, the staff at Co op Funeral Care, West were kind, supportive, respectful and professional. The Co-op were wonderful. They were so helpful and accommodating, even finding us a celebrant that fit with Dad’s personality. On the day everything was perfect and went like clockwork. It really felt like a celebration of Dad’s life.

Extremely dissatisfied.
Catalogue of errors
Celebrant introduced and recommended by Coop West Bridgford let us down just hours before the service.
Funeral cortage arrived late, congregation ushered into chapel ahead of husbands arrival. Orders of services hastily handed out as husband was being taken from hearse. Funeral director wholly unprepared. Sons denied the (planned)opportunity to carry their father into the Chapel due to Funeral director being totally unaware and inappropriate height differences in professional pall bearers and sons resulting in husband being wheeled akin to a shopping trolley to his resting place. Husbands casket was left askew on the chapel plinth. Absolutely disgraceful. Left all family members distraught and heartbroken. Would NOT recommend!
