Everyone was lovely, very friendly. Especially Laura who was dealing with use for the second time this year. The only complaint I have is that they where late picking us up from the house by 15 minutes, although we did still get to the crematorium on time, this meant that the elderly neighbours that had come out had to go back in as the weather was very cold and snowing.

I was taken through the options available and able to select a package that ideally suited the circumstances. At every step of the way, help was available and the staff were extremely friendly and supportive. The whole process ran smoothly and with the minimum of fuss.

The services received by Co-Op Funeralcare at Stapleford were excellent from arranging the funeral to the day of the funeral itself. Having never arranged a funeral before everything was explained fully and nothing was too much trouble for Rachel or Claire who both showed outstanding customer care and compassion.

We were more than happy with the service provided by the Co-op Funeral Care Service but are disgusted at being requested to provide a star rating as if we had bought a TV from Currys .

What was a stressful time has been compounded by such a thoughtless request for "feedback"

The wonderful team made us feel as though they were one of the Family n showed so much compassion n understanding. Claire and Rachel were just amazing they did everything we asked and also a little bit more, I couldn't of asked for a nicer caring 2 people in our devastating time, they made everything as easy as they could for us and are still looking after us after the funeral. They are fantastic
