Claire within the Stapleford branch was lovely, so attentive to our needs. Nothing was too much trouble, she dealt with evey thing in an exceptionally professional manner. When she spoke about my father it was in a caring respectful way. A true credit to your company. I can not thank her enough for her kindness during a difficult time. Her character is perfect for her job.
The gentleman who organised the proceedings on the day of the funeral too showed respect and were true professionals. Nigel especially. Thank you for everything.

Laura was our funeral advisor, she is just lovely, she answered all our questions in what has been a very difficult time. Everything was arranged perfectly, along with the staff at the crem, making dad's funeral an emotional but wonderful send off. Laura has been available for us at anytime, answering emails and phone calls promptly. She has called to check on us afterwards. She made an unbearable time bearable and we thank her wholeheartedly.

I just don’t know where to start  with this review as everything and everyone has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. 
Everyone went out their way to give Kevin the best send off he could possibly have .
Very special thanks to Laura who has been outstanding in every way . She has such an amazing way with people at such a fragile and delicate time . She was comforting, helpful, knowledgeable and above all showed that she understood our grief, while  staying professional throughout . This definitely surpassed our expectations and I would like the Coop bosses to know how amazingly she is .
She really does do the Coop proud .
