We were very pleased with the kindness that we received from everyone and the great job that was done to make all our requests accomplished in such a caring, professional manner. After losing some dignity having to be cared for completely, you gave it back to her in the end. She looked beautiful and truly at peace. Everybody involved were truly amazing. A special thanks to Chris, Tim Cobb and kat, and whoever prepared my mum before we went to see her. That was the mum I remember.

I cannot fault the funeral service we had from start to finish. Chris at Mapperley was kind, respectful and professional when it came to organising my dad's funeral. He kept us updated constantly and nothing was too much trouble. My dad's funeral was absolutely perfect to the finest detail. Thank you so much Chris and the team at Mapperley top in Nottingham. A superb service all round.

The two Funeral Arrangers took us through the process with sensitivity, answering all of our concerns. They sorted out visits from our granddaughters to view Christine at the Funeral Home. Little details were looked after when I asked for Christine's rings to be placed in the coffin and locks of hair to be taken. On the day of the Funeral the main person put us at ease and confirmed details for the Church service and interment. They guided us through the whole process which made the day bearable.

Only let down was the camerman recording the funeral was unable to connect my sister in Australia for live streaming. She had paid £100 for this & planned her whole week around this moment. So she missed out on being present at her own dad's funeral. Couldnt fault anything else other than this. All staff were respectful & caring.
