Fantastic service from all involved. From moment we had first meeting felt in safe hands at a very difficult time for the family. The staff gave us time to personalize the service and never felt rushed. Special thanks to Mel and Rachel who were amazing the whole way through. Cannot thank everyone enough.

We were very pleased with the way we were treated, from the first meeting with Chris to the funeral itself. We were very specific about the type of funeral we wanted, including readings, and especially the music; everything was prepared for us with great care and consideration. I'd go so far as to say it was able to be a gentle, thoughtful occasion, appropriate to the much-loved man. Thanks to everyone who helped to make a sad occasion so special.

The ambulance crew who attended my husband recommended the Co-op and we have been so delighted with the service they provided.  The celebrant spent time with us on the phone and face to face and she spoke as though she really knew Anthony.  The flowers were perfect, the service itself  was professional, yet very caring and warm.  There’s nothing we would have changed and the funeral director was brilliant.  The drivers were very accommodating and despite never having had to arrange a funeral before, relatives commented that it was ‘perfect’!  So pleased we were able to do my husband proud!  Thank you Co-op!

It is difficult to write a review of the service you recieved given the circumstances. However, I have to say the Co Op funeral care service in my view was exceptional. For me it was the little touches the team delivered that made them stand out. The lady who initially picked my dad up and the respect she showed will stay with me forever, 'good afternoon sir'. Then there was the young lady who we spoke with about the arrangements and her ability to connect with me and my sisters and pick up on how sense of humour and engage with us was amazing. Finally on the day of the service, how respectfully attentive the team was so very touching. Thank you so much for your kindness and supporting us through a difficult time.
