The service was excellent. Just dropped a point really as we were disappointed that the bamboo casket was not provided as requested, with no advance warning . However they did provide a willow casket which was our second choice, were thorough in their investigation and we were compensated. 
All staff very kind considerate and professional

The staff at Coop funeral care have been extremely helpful, supportive and knowledgeable with regards to arranging a family members funeral. Nothing was too much trouble taking me through the process in my own time and being patient.
I would highly recommend them.

I cant thank Helen for the amazing support she has offered us. Nothing was too much trouble. Even going as far as helping us make hand casts. It's the only thing I have at the moment that is so much of Phil. It's something we can truely keep of him. We recently lost my father, which in itself is devastating. Helen and the team at Hucknall CO-OP funeral care made the process easy and somewhat pleasurable. I know that may sound odd, but I knew my old dad was going to be well looked after, and have a seamless funeral. This was the case from start to completion. The daunting task of the official side of things was made very easy by the professional, but personal care given by not only Helen, but by all contact made with relevant parties. The aftercare was amazing, being contacted by the undertakers to arrange final details of the day and guiding the four of us who wished to be Pall bearers. I also had contact with the free probate legal service to enquire about the necessity of any legal stumbling blocks. This was easily dealt with by them. I  recommend this caring, professional but personal company to any unfortunate person who finds the self in a sad, daunting situation. They will make it bearable.

I would highly recommend the coop ,Helen Brailsford the funeral arranger was excellent and made it so easy and was so friendly at a stressful time and stuart the funeral director and his pall bearers were very professional
the coffin and the flowers were beautiful. thank you .
