The way in which the staff supported us as a family and my mum in particular was excellent. They talked to her on the day about my dad and even though they did not meet him when he was alive they knew enough about him to help us through the day. They supported the grandchildren in carrying the coffin into the church and took the worry of the logistics of the day off us completely. I don’t think they could have done a better job. Thank you

The team at the Coop in Clifton funeral Care were absolutely amazing from start to finish, credit especially to Debbie. We cannot thank you for such an amazing service but most of all for speaking about my grandad as though he was a person and not a body. From beginning to the end, the service from the Clifton team was absolutely brilliant ! Thankfully it's a task I haven't had to do for 15 years, but the girls were so efficient, kind, & considerate, they got myself & my family thru & together we did David proud! ..The celebrant they chose was marvellous & on the day it was as if he had known David himself for years! ...In all, "Highly praised & recommended"...Thank You team .... Excellent customer service and experience during what most would consider a stressing/upsetting time. Reassuring, compassionate and understanding at every step. Highly recommend also Heather Young (humanist) who spoke about my father like she'd known him personally for decades - all gleaned from stories from his son & grandson.
Those spoken "Thank you's" don't seem enough.
