We could not praise Toni, Alison and the staff at co-op enough for the commitment and personal touches that was given in arranging my dear mums funeral. Toni went above and beyond to arrange the order of service and to get a piece of music that meant everything to us all. She is a very special Lady and we could not thank her enough.

Excellent and compassionate service from the moment they came for my husband from home.
My only minor complaint is that most people did not see the donation box at the funeral service. I had informed all those attending that there would be one and to bring their cash. So not as much raised as I was hoping for.
Otherwise would definitely recommend them.

First of all, Anja Ramsden was wonderful. Attention to detail and excellent guidance, allowing us to take time to decide. Put forward an excellent celebrant Alison Knox. Mum ( Edna Richardson) looked lovely and they had listened to our detail. The drivers and those that deliver mum to her final place. 
A fabulous service from all. She left us in the best of hands and a lovely service took her to her final resting place.
A huge thank you. We will always recommend your services.

Co-op Funeral Care in Clifton exceeded my expectations. The team were wonderful. They were a great support and guidance at a very sad time, making all the necessary arrangements in a caring and sensitive manner.  The service provided was very personal; I particularly appreciated Toni being a consistent point of contact.  We didn’t have to worry about anything regarding the funeral, everything was taken care of.
On the day itself, Manny conducted everything quietly, efficiently and sympathetically.
We were so impressed, what a wonderful job. Can’t thank them enough.

Although we dealt with a number of staff, without exception all were excellent. The whole stressful and sad experience was dealt with professionally and with compassion, right from our first notification all the way through to the funeral service.

Every one of the staff went out of their way .nothing was to much trouble .Stuart who was the man who walked in front of the hearse shown my husband and my family so much respect .Helen at the shop was so good at her job . It was the hardest day of my life and they made it that bit easier I can't thank them enough.
