The price was very reasonable, compared to 2 other funeral directors I had rang, she also kept me up to date with how things were proceeding.

Amazing service, from the initial phone call to inform them my Mum had passed away to the final call from them to confirm all went well. Nothing was too much trouble and they simply sorted everything. Can't recommend them enough.

I have never had to go through a bereavement before, I recently lost my Nan who I was extremely close with.  Co-op Clifton from the first time I meet them on collecting her when she pasted away to the day I collected my Nan’s ashes have been extremely respectful, caring and supportive. 

I’d like to thank the whole team for looking after my Nan especially Sheryl who was always there for support, advice, and a tissue when needed.

The Co-op were absolutely brilliant through the whole process of arranging the funeral and the actual funeral. They showed genuine compassion and helped and supported us throughout. Nothing was too much for them and they made this difficult and sad time easy and flawless. We cannot thank them enough, they were excellent.

I can't thank you enough for the the care that you gave mam and us as a family, you showed so much compasion to my mam while she was in your care. Her funeral was amazing everything just flowed, the time Anna spent helping my granddaughters bearing their mamma to the Chapel then helping them to walk her into and out of the Chapel what can I say you all made a very hard day so much easier. Nothing was to much trouble, staff were very kind and gave a personal touch, the cars were beautiful. Felt very well looked after at a time which is very distressing for all involved.
