Excellent arrangements made. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. fantastic care was taken by the staff at coop looking after mum and all telephone/email correspondence were appreciated. The funeral itself was very professional. The forest ties wore by the staff was a lovely touch for mum, an avid forest fan. The service given by Rachel was touching abd heartfelt. A very professional group of staff. Thank you

From the moment I first spoke with Kerry about my Mum and her Funeral arrangements I knew it was all going to be alright.
Everything we wanted was sorted to our wishes.
The whole process was dealt with in a sensitive and and professional manner but in a simple way througout the planning and on the day. Stewart was also a credit to his profession guiding and cordinating everything step by step on the actual day. Thank you to you all. You did our Mum proud..David & Claire Grant.

I cannot fault the service I received both in the office and on the day. I must above all mention Kerry in the office, who was always ready to take the time to answer my questions and calm my concerns about the whole process. When I found the whole business of organising the funeral too stressful, she was always ready to sit with me for a few minutes to allow me to recover.

From the moment that I entered the offices the staff were kind and helpful. They kept me informed at all stages and were happy to stay beyond their normal work hours when my daughter and I went to view the body on the night before the funeral. On the day of the funeral the funeral director explained everything before we set off and the whole event went like clockwork. They followed up with a call two days later to see how I was. I cannot praise them highly enough.
