The moment I picked up the phone and spoke to David I felt completely trusting in his kind, calm and professional manner. When he said that he would "look after my Dad when he came into his care" it was very comforting and reassuring at such a difficult time.

Co-op Funeralcare provided a professional & caring service in respect of two recent family deaths which occurred within months of each other.
I knew I could trust the staff at the Gedling office, as they had handled a funeral for us two years before - which is the reason we turned to them for the two more recent bereavements.
The two Funeral Arrangers, Sharron & Rheanne, went out of their way to assist us, in a very kind, efficient & patient way, to plan exactly what we wanted in detail.
David, the Funeral Director managed the funeral on the day itself with great tact, kindliness & professonalism. He was in contact beforehand to check exact arrangements, & afterwards to check that everything was executed according to our requests.
I would not hesitate to recommend their very supportive services.

Would not recommend this funeral service it was really unprofessional, lack of communication it was poor the only good thing was the service at the cremation held by Rachel

I would like to thank Darren and his team for providing a faultless service from picking us up from my mum's house,the smooth pallbearing at the crematorium as it was a double funeral for my mum and sister to taking the flowers to the church afterwards for the church service and dropping us off back to my mum's house. A very professional and dignified service throughout which helped us through an emotional and difficult occasion.
