Overall the staff here, darren,Sally and heather were wonderful, warm,empathetic and all round organised and knew their stuff ,they werd very flexible with call ins from myself and always made time for me so as an enclosed office for them ,they all would've scored excellent .
The only small hiccups was where the communication or interpretation from external parties got abit lost in translation, such as the service booklet and communications at bramcote.
I would like to add that pete and sue ,who darren picked for the service was an excellent choice.
Overall myself and the family were very happy .

Having never had to arrange a funeral before,we didn't know what to expect. The moment we walked through the door,we were put at ease. Sally was just amazing,going through our options,never rushing us to make a decision,just a fabulous professional, helping us to put a very personal service together. She matched us with a wonderful Celebrant. We had a call the day before,from the funeral director, introducing herself and letting us know the procedure. After the funeral family and friends actually told us they had never been to such a perfect funeral. Even a few days after, Sally called us to make sure we were all taking care of ourselves. We can't thank you enough. X

I honestly can not  fault the service we received.
Everything was made as easy as possible from start to finish.
 From the first meeting, Darren was so respectful of our wishes nothing was too much trouble. Also I have to mention Heather, who was fantastic in every way . On the day the team were very patient and did a great job. 
Is it wrong to recommend a funeral service? 
I do highly recommend Aspley, for a personal service look no further.

Coop Funeral Care Aspley organised my mothers funeral in accordance with her wishes in the most caring, compassionate and professional way.
The staff were extremely  helpful and informative at each stage of the process and the service itself was truly beautiful.
