The Co-operative funeral care at Beeston, with the help of Michelle and Laura was absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly kind and thoughtful, and I felt I was speaking to friends. The service they offered was excellent, the explanation of how things would happen was detailed and very clear. The funeral itself was extremely well presented, and the Rev. James, who they invited to take the service, was also another factor which made the occasion very moving for my family and relatives. Whilst not wishing another funeral in the near future, I would certainly use their services again, and recommend them to others.

I am afraid I would not recommend the coop funeral department  we have had very poor service promised one thing after another was lied to spoke to four different people including one from triumph road was promised a telephone call after cremation still waiting sorry if this review disappoints you but this is how the family feel I’ve known very good praise about coop funeral care but we have not experienced any of this in my late mothers funeral of mrs Dorothy may Hatfield
