From the initial meeting all of the staff we met showed compassion and respect  for my Mother Maureen Hennessy, the family felt totally supported. 
This was the first time I have ever organised a funeral and Arnold Funeral care guided me through the process with compassion which meant so much to me. The can do attitude from all of the staff we met was amazing. I would like to offer a special thanks to Collette    For all of her help and support x

Overall a great service thank you. a couple of hiccups but nothing major: There were a few issues with the order of service and i had to go back several times to correct simple grammatical errors which was unfortunate but the final product was excellent thank you.

From the moment we enquired at Co-op Funeral care the service was outstanding.
The difficult situation we found ourselves in was made easier, and we were treated as a family not just a customer.
The whole team is so friendly, knowledgeable and caring.
They treated us and our late mother/wife with such care and respect words cannot describe.
We had never experienced anything like this before but the team guided us and helped us through every stage.
Not only are we so thankful but we know our/my mum/wife would have been too so
