Hello Collette, Ryan and Chris, we would like to say how grateful we were for the care and attention you took in looking after us and Maureen at such a sad time.

Collette , you were always on the end of the phone if we were unsure and you answered all our questions in a kind and caring manner.
Meeting you face to face soon after Maureen had passed away you were just lovely, sensitively covering the option Maureen had chosen.
You  phoned about the choice of music Maureen would want and you organised it. Also you notified us the time and date when the pure cremation was taking place . 

Ryan, you arrived to take Maureen away and took the time to talk to both of us- un rushed, you wanted to know about Maureen and what she worked as.ect. You sensed our need in wanting to talk about her. You were genuinely engaging with us and we felt your real sympathy.at such a sad time.

The vehicle Maureen was taken away in was very clean and we both appreciated how Ryan and Chris showed their respect in standing correctly and bowing in respect once the doors to the silver coloured vehicle were locked.

On the day of the pure cremation we arrived at Gedling crematorium at 0745 am.we waited in the car park wanting to be near to Maureen when she came.We recognised the vehicle and Ryan when he arrived with Maureen at 0820am. He stood to attention with Maureen as the lady employee of the crematorium opened the double doors.

We drove close to the entrance and heard the Blue Danube  Waltz surrounding Maureen in the room. My husband confirmed with Ryan this was indeed Maureen and his kind words were just what we wanted to hear.

The Coop could not have chosen a better choice of employees to represent them.

Arnold Funeralcare had the knowledge to ensure that we were able to navigate the formalities of repatriation and say goodbye as we wanted. Thank you for the excellent service from start to finish, arranging everything with Collette was made easy because nothing we asked was too much trouble, she pulled out all the stops to get it all sorted for us, kept us informed every step of the way. On the day of the funeral Melissa made sure everything went smoothly, she said let us guide you through and she was true to her word, she was very professional but so kind too. We felt confident that she would look after us. The rest of the team were also helpful on the day. We as a family can’t thank you enough.

CO OP Arnold Funeral Care, deliver a variety of Funerals/Cremations that suit the occasion, The staff are very polite and friendly, they keep you informed of where you are with your current funeral arrangements, and will answer questions for you.
On the day that I went to sort out Funeral Arrangements, it was Raining heavily, I was soaked through, Documents were wet, even my phone got water in, however they remained very professional and waren't detered by the situation in which I came into their premises, the Staff remained Professional, Polite, friendly and welcoming.
I very much appreciate your time and patience in delivering a great service.

caring yet professional,I felt I could always contact someone if needed.Stuart rang me the night before the funeral and discussed the plans.He answered all my questions and helped me to feel calm and reassured.On the day he took control and supported our family throughout in a lovely caring manner
