From start to finish staff were very compassionate, kept in regular contact ,Made sure I was ok during a difficult time.offering out of hours contact should I need it. After care was outstanding .Steve Eustice did the service he was absolutely amazing. Definitely highly recommend Co op funeral care. Second to none .

Staff were empathetic, calming and professional. However, I do feel that direct cremations take less precedence than attended funerals which clearly generate more income. It was distressing for us to wait 13 days for John to be put to rest. Also, l'm not sure how I would feel receiving a text such as this if I'd lost my husband or a parent.. Quite distressing.
