Excellent service from start to finish. Staff caring, helpful ,nothing to much trouble. We asked if we could go past my mums house on the way to church and they did and stopped outside for a few moments to say good bye. The celebrant Richard Late did a beautiful service of my mums life

Never having had to arrange a funeral before , I was unsure of the process that we needed to go through neither had we pre selected a funeral director. 
My first , and only call was to Co op Funeral Services Arnold, and from my first contact I was made to feel at ease and the process clearly explained to me. The whole process went very easily and every detail was handled sensitively and well, all the staff were very professional but kind and helpful. I was impressed by the fact that each week they contacted me to ensure that everything was going well and I didn’t have any queries.
Finally the day of the funeral arrived and just as we had planned it was handled with great care and respect ,everything went very smoothly and we felt very grateful for their expertise, which made the whole experience very beautiful.

Never a good time, but all of the staff acted with a really caring nature, and that helped with everything. One extra nice touch, was that they wanted some personal background information about my Mum, so they knew she was a person, not a 'number' Many many thanks Girls!
