I was guided gently, painlessly and kindly through every step of what is a terrible thing to have to arrange, that of my husbands funeral. The staff at the West Bridgford branch must be applauded for being so helpful during a difficult time. I went to visit my husband and he looked so peaceful, a process, granted with costs, that I would recommend. Thank you all for your care and professional guidance.

My sisters and I are very grateful for the wonderful service we received from A W Lymn who have supported us at every stage and assisted us in ensuring that our father's long life was appropriately honoured.

From the first phone-call made in which I spoke to Edward through to the funeral service and cremation, we have been treated with compassion. All of our dealings with the company have been professional and personal.

Santanna worked hard to reduce the stress in the process, demonstrating a level of calm professionalism that gave me confidence that the all important details were being attended to. She communicated with me on an almost daily basis in the lead up to the funeral and I felt assured that everything was in hand and under control.

On the day of the funeral Matthew took personal charge of the direction of the ceremony. His attention to detail and his professional yet caring manner was much appreciated by my sisters and by me. Matthew ensured that our family were comfortable with the arrangements and demonstrated a level of planning that gave me confidence that the ceremony would be to a standard that our father would have loved - and so it turned out.

We are very grateful to the whole team at A W Lymn who helped us to deliver a fitting send-off for our much loved father - thank you.

From start to finish Santanna Nightingale & Andrew at Lymms were excellent.  I have not arranged a funeral before and we laid my mother to rest within a fortnight of her passing.  I cannot recommend Lymms highly enough.

From initial contact through to the funeral itself, we received a very professional and respectful attitude and approach from everyone we dealt with. I would like to say that the whole family were very impressed with how the whole thing was done. The 'horses and lovely carriage was just as I had hoped it would be and suited everyone I am sure. So much care had obviously gone into this and it was a lovely way to honour a man who had always loved the animals. Thankyou to everyone involved. The Order of Service and everything about the whole service was really well done. The music was just as we had asked for and fitted in well with everything. Father Shaun did a wonderful job throughout and everyone seemed really pleased with the result. I must also mention the excellent performance and lots of thought that had been given by the sons and how proud their Dad would have been of them as he always was. Many thanks to all at A. W. Lymn a wonderful celebration of Peter's life.

I could not have wished for a better service. My Husband Nigel would have been delighted with the hearse and funeral car, as he loved vintage motors, and few funeral directors could have provided such grand transport for his final journey. The kindness and understanding from the staff was a great comfort, whilst also caring out the necessary admin . Thank you A.W.Lymn .

I am most grateful to the staff at A W Lymn for the most professional way in which they handled the funeral of my dear mother this week. Santanna in the West Bridgford office made all the arrangements exactly as I had requested. She was calm and reassuring which was most helpful when I was feeling distressed at the time of her death.
The funeral itself and the burial 2 days later in another town were handled in a very caring and unhurried way by the staff led by Andrew.
I would not hesitate to recommend A.W Lymn.

From the first phone call following my father's death to being dropped off at the reception after the funeral, Andrew, Santanna and the rest of their team were wonderful. The level of compassion shown was just right and the way we were hand-held through decisions about the funeral was much appreciated.
